Aztec Animal Clinic has provided the best in veterinary care to the pets and families of Albuquerque since 1990. We built a new 5500-square-foot facility in the historic Nob Hill District in 1998, and since then have grown from one veterinarian and a staff of two to six doctors and a support team of 20.

We attribute our growth and consistent high levels of service, care, and employee satisfaction to the fact that we support our staff. What that means for us is open lines of communication, a commitment to achieving work-life balance that’s not just lip service, and a high support-staff-to-doctor ratio. We’ve also stepped up to become a certified Fear Free clinic and we make continuing education a priority.

We also love the community of Albuquerque, which is progressive, affordable, and enjoys an amazing 310 days of sun per year on average. Home of the world-famous Balloon Fiesta, this is a place of stunning natural beauty including the Red Rocks of Gallup, Jemez Mountains, and four distinct seasons.
