Dr. Tyler Sedam was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. His love of veterinary medicine began at a young age, and he started his career by shadowing at local clinics when he was in the sixth grade. He later attended the University of New Mexico for his undergraduate degree where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Economics. He then graduated from Colorado State University with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. His professional interests include Surgery, Oncology, and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Sedam moved back to Albuquerque in 2017, followed shortly after by his wife, Hailey, who finished her Ph.D. in 2018. They love Albuquerque and plan to stay here forever. When not at work, Dr. Sedam enjoys swimming, fishing, reading, and writing. He also enjoys spending time at home with Hailey and their dog, Feta. They enjoy traveling as well and are looking forward to their next adventure.
